Job Descriptions
• Responsible to oversee all range of workshop repairs and maintenance activity, monitor work progress and work quality to ensure it met the company’s standard
• Plan, organize and manage the maintenance and services of vehicles and heavy machineries
• To be involved in the research and development and modification of workshop machineries and equipment
• To provide training and development to subordinates to improve knowledge and skills of workshop team
• To train and guide the workshop team in identifying and analyzing mechanical condition of the vehicle and machinery
• To inspect internal system and control to ensure the vehicle and machinery is operating properly by using diagnostics tools and methodology
• Set routines for planning, follow up meeting and carry out regular meetings
• Review the existing workshop process and procedure, identify area of improvement and propose action plan to management for improvement
• Monitor the ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment, arrange for the purchase and replenishment of spare part/ tool required
• Build and maintain the right level of relationship with customer
• Monitor the processing of complaints and process major or complicated complaints if there is any
• Any other ad hoc task as and when assigned by Management

Job Requirements
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Workshop & Infrastructure.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering – Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent
• Has the ability and experiences in managing multiple workshops
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Possess good leadership and communication skills
